 Charlie Mike "Continue Mission" Charters is an exceptionally unique fishing and snorkeling boat charter offering guests an experience rarely provided to visitors here in “America’s Paradise”. Our excursion is far from the typical “tourist traps”. Your adventure begins at the remote Hull Bay Beach and takes you to places few visitors have ever seen. Fish unspoiled Caribbean waters. Snorkel reefs not over-run by tourism.  


Charlie Mike Charters is the only not-for-profit charter in the US Virgin Islands. Every paid charter helps to fund VI4Vets, Inc veterans' events including free trips for local veterans.

Your Inshore Fishing Experience

All fishing gear is included in your trip. Catch proven lures, ready to fish tackle on medium rod/reel sets. Troll the reefs, bays and near-shore islands on the North side of St. Thomas. You keep what you catch. Captain Jon can clean your catch. Prepped and ready for dinner.

All snorkeling gear is included in your trip. All sizes Masks/Snorkels/Fins, even foam noodles for the most relaxed snorkeling experience.


Never snorkeled? No problem. Captain Jon will show you everything you need to know to enjoy the most beautiful reefs and remote caves in the Virgin Islands.

Simply Paradise. The North side of St. Thomas provides guests with some of the most picturesque scenery anywhere in the Caribbean. Far from the typical crowded charter destinations. Captain Jon will bring you to places rarely seen by visitors to our island and sights most have only seen in pictures.

Captain Jon personally conducts daily maintenance and safety checks from bow to stern. Our boat is equipped with the latest in GPS technology, Type 1 Personal Floatation Devices rated for every person aboard, and all safety equipment and operational requirements mandated by the US  Coast Guard.

About Us

Charlie Mike "Continue Mission" Charters is the first and only of its' kind in the US Virgin Islands.  Charlie Mike Charters is the only non-profit charter in the US Virgin Islands that funds local, community-based veterans' programs.  


For our civilian supporters, "Charlie Mike" is a phonetic expression commonly used in military radio communication. Charlie Mike translates as "Continue Mission". Its' meaning is much deeper. Charlie Mike means "get up, keep moving forward, the soldier next to you is depending on you"; Continue Mission. As veterans, our mission has changed, but our responsibility to our fellow veterans has not.
